    Synopsis:

    Sasami Tsukuyomi exists primarily within the confines of her home, a condition deeply rooted in the Japanese concept of hikikomori. Her attempts to navigate high school are complicated by a unique living arrangement – she resides with her older brother, Kamiomi, a teacher at her intended school. Kamiomi's professional life intertwines with the peculiar Yagami sisters, whose ages seem mismatched and who possess unusual affections for him. Sasami observes these interactions remotely through a technological tool designed to facilitate her re-entry into the world. However, the tool’s function extends beyond simple observation, presenting her with bizarre occurrences – reality distortions and strange phenomena that blur the line between the digital and physical realms. The series explores themes of social isolation, family dynamics, and the potential consequences of immersive technology, as Sasami grapples with whether her own perception is being shaped by her online world or if something far stranger is at play.
