Synopsis:
The OVA explores the origins of Seikima II, a fictional death-metal band presented as demonic entities from the parallel dimension Makai. Led by the charismatic and destructive Demon Kogure, the band's five members plot humanity’s downfall while preparing to unleash the Tower of Babel, a weapon designed for global annihilation. Their impending destruction is challenged by Rosa, a mysterious figure who is revealed to be Freyja, a war goddess in disguise, working to counter the demons’ plans with the Tower of Cain. However, as their ultimate goal nears fruition, Kogure unexpectedly shifts the band's objective: rather than outright destruction, they choose to spread their music, aiming for conversion through rock-and-roll and demon worship. The narrative blends dark fantasy with an unconventional path toward world domination, examining themes of power, influence, and the unexpected potential for cultural transformation.
