Synopsis:
In 1999, a young woman named Maya arrives at Waldstein Academy with a hidden agenda: to dismantle the institution and claim her father’s former position. Her plans are disrupted by Fumiaki Uchida, a time traveler from 2012 tasked with preventing an apocalyptic event. The world of 2012 is under alien occupation, and Fumiaki's mission is to locate and neutralize the Nostradamus Key, an artifact prophesied to trigger the end times.
Bound by a reluctant alliance, Maya and Fumiaki must navigate the peculiar occurrences within the town using advanced technology – specially designed cell phones that reveal the Key’s presence through photographic evidence of a peaceful future. As they investigate strange phenomena together, their differing perspectives and growing understanding of the impending doom shape an uneasy partnership against a backdrop of mystery and temporal disruption. The series explores themes of destiny, personal ambition, and the complexities of altering the past.
