Synopsis:

Set during Japan's turbulent Sengoku period, this anime explores a landscape defined by relentless conflict. The ambitions of Oda Nobunaga, a powerful warlord seeking absolute control, cast a long shadow over the nation. Against his expansionist goals rise Masamune Date, known as the "One-eyed Dragon," and Yukimura Sanada, a respected warrior from the Takeda clan. Though united in their opposition to Oda's authority, their individual philosophies and histories fuel a complex rivalry.

The narrative follows their uneasy alliance as Oda’s forces converge on their domains. It examines themes of loyalty, ambition, and the difficult choices required to confront a formidable enemy. The story emphasizes the personal struggles of these warriors – their pride, their skills, and the evolving bonds forged amidst war—as they navigate the path toward a precarious coalition against a tyrannical ruler.
