Synopsis:
Three months following a devastating lunar assault, the Symphogear team – Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris – confront the ongoing threat of the Noise, alien entities that plague the Earth. The narrative follows their efforts to maintain a semblance of normalcy amidst constant conflict, exemplified by a planned concert appearance for Tsubasa. However, a seemingly routine performance takes a drastic turn when a new faction of Noise emerge during the concert.
Led by the enigmatic Maria Cadenzavna Eve, and claiming lineage to a figure from Chris’s past, this group demonstrates formidable power and an unsettlingly clear declaration of war. Their sudden appearance and swift retreat leave Hibiki, Tsubasa, and Chris grappling with questions about their motives and the implications of a previously unknown history connected to the Symphogear. The series explores themes of legacy, conflict, and the complexities of identity within a world perpetually at war.
