For thirteen years, the weekly threat of the Monster Army has been a carefully orchestrated spectacle. The Dragon Keepers, lauded as Earth's saviors, routinely engage the remaining monster forces – remnants known as Dusters – in staged battles. This facade hides a deeper truth: the Keepers benefit from public acclaim while the Dusters are granted a meager reprieve from extinction.

Sentouin D, a Duster yearning for agency, disrupts this established order by venturing beyond the fortress. He unexpectedly finds an ally in Yumeko Suzukiri, a ranger who reveals the true power behind the Keepers' abilities – divine artifacts. Together, they plan to infiltrate the heavily guarded base of Red Keeper Sousei Akabane, seeking to dismantle the system and challenge the very foundations of the Keepers’ authority, potentially altering the fate of his entire species. The series explores themes of manipulation, societal performance, and the search for genuine freedom within a constructed reality.
