Synopsis:

Within the seemingly ordinary walls of a high school, an unsettling dynamic unfolds in *Shigofumi*. The narrative centers on a group of students navigating complex social hierarchies and unspoken rules surrounding personal information. A peculiar game, involving the forced disclosure of intimate details, creates a pervasive atmosphere of tension and vulnerability. The series explores how readily shared secrets can reshape relationships and expose hidden power imbalances amongst peers. It depicts a world where carefully constructed facades are fragile, and the consequences of revealing too much – or too little – ripple through everyday interactions. The story delves into themes of trust, manipulation, and the unsettling nature of enforced intimacy within a youthful setting.

13th episode Warning: the following review contains spoilers from the previous 12 episodes of Shigofumi. The 13th episode answers to many questions that have not been touched upon in the previous 12 episodes. As you know, the fate of Kikugawa’s bullies has not been explained yet. And this episode will be devoted to it. Will they be punished for what they did to Kikugawa? Overall, the 13th episode concludes the story of Shigofumi and does it pretty well. Do watch it, it is a direct continuation to the main story. --Grade-- Overall (sub): 8 Story: 9Animation: 7nArt: 8nMusic: 10nVoice acting: 9nEnjoyment: 9
