Synopsis:

Seventeen-year-old Himeno Awayuki’s life takes an unexpected turn when she relocates to a sprawling estate following her father's remarriage. The move presents a stark contrast to her expectations; despite the idyllic surroundings and grand garden, she finds herself isolated within her new family. Her stepmother remains distant, while her stepsisters offer little warmth, creating a palpable sense of loneliness.

This quiet existence is disrupted by an encounter with the Leafe Knights, a group of seven magical boys who seek Himeno's aid. Chosen to become the Prétear, she gains access to their powers and a responsibility to safeguard the planet. As she grapples with self-doubt and the weight of her newfound role, Himeno must navigate complex familial dynamics while confronting a looming threat from the Princess of Disaster—a conflict that tests her courage and ability to embrace her destiny. The series explores themes of belonging, self-discovery, and the burden of responsibility within a fantastical setting.
