Synopsis:

Following a pivotal moment of testimony against the student council president, Makoto Mizuhara finds himself inexplicably separated from time. While exploring his familiar high school campus during this temporal anomaly, he discovers a hidden light emanating from the newly opened basement—a location recently revealed to house an ancient relic. There, he encounters a being who claims a millennia-long wait for his arrival. Transported to the world of El-Hazard by this enigmatic figure’s waning power, Makoto is joined by the president, a disheveled teacher, and the president's assertive sister, all displaced from their own world. The narrative unfolds as these four navigate a vibrant and unpredictable new environment, encountering its people and becoming interwoven with the unfolding history of El-Hazard, facing both challenges and unexpected connections along the way.
