In the quiet town of Kamisu 66, a subtle shift occurred when psychokinetic abilities, termed "Cantus," began to emerge in humanity. Centuries later, Saki Watanabe joins the Sage Academy, an institution dedicated to nurturing these powers. Within its walls, she encounters a diverse group of peers, each grappling with varying degrees of ability. The narrative takes a turn when a classmate vanishes without a trace, prompting investigation alongside her companions – the resolute Maria, the analytical Shun, the perceptive Satoru, and the reserved Mamoru.
