Synopsis:

In 1939, Earth faces annihilation as the Neuroi, an alien entity wielding advanced weaponry, initiates a devastating invasion. Faced with overwhelming odds, global powers collaborate to create the Striker Unit, empowering young women known as Witches – humanity’s final defense against this relentless threat. By 1944, Yoshika Miyafuji, a newly recruited teenager with no prior experience, joins the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, the "Strike Witches."
