I love the story. I've been watching since episode 1. Love the characters, love the art, love everything. This episode however was not needed in my eyes though. If anything, if there is a season 2, do a recap episode of the entire first season. How short are peoples memories that they would need a recap episode 6 episodes in? On the other hand, if for some reason you have only just heard of this anime and don't want to watch the first 6 episodes I guess this would be good for those of you who don't want to spend 3hours watching a very well done anime.
