Synopsis:
Chicchi’s planned respite at a remote space camp takes an unexpected turn when a navigational error sends her spiraling off course. Instead of serene relaxation, she finds herself stranded on a desolate world – a vast junkyard of derelict spacecraft, drifting silently in the void. The planet's eerie stillness is punctuated by Chicchi’s struggle for survival as she navigates this alien landscape. The series explores themes of isolation and resilience through Chicchi's interactions with the remnants of past voyages and her attempts to find a way back to civilization. It presents a contemplative narrative focusing on the quiet beauty of decay and the human capacity for adaptation in unforeseen circumstances, rather than high-octane action or grand conflicts.

User passing_through (Score: 6/10):
This anime is quite short, but it's really well-paced and it's good at showing what's happening instead of telling. Well, for the most part. In the beginning of the special, there was a narrator announcing Chicchi as an office worker in some sort of solar system government district. We get no explanation on what this government system is or what it looks like, just that she works there and goes camping on weekends. I didn't need to know all that. What I get out of Chicchi as a character, is that she's a happy-go-lucky person who likes to travel to different worlds for vacation, andthat she can do so easily with her vehicle named Takuan. And then some space shenanigans happen, which wasn't explained by a narrator, and didn't need to be. It shows how vast and wild this galaxy is. I also like how intriguing the man who inhabits what he calls the Amnesia Planet is because there's only a little bit of information about him implied. When I first saw him, though, I thought he was some sort of janitor for the planet, lol. I like the characters and storytelling quite a bit.nnDespite my praises, I do have a couple complaints. The biggest complaint I have for the anime is that the producers seem to glorify this show a bit too much, making it grander than what it is, especially in the music. Everything sounds so loud when there's a fanfare and it gives me a bit of a headache. I also don't like the animation at times. While sometimes I see it as a unique art style, other times I see it as cheap and tacky, especially when the characters in the foreground clash into the lush backgrounds. Unfortunately, these complaints do make a dent in my overall satisfaction with the anime, so while it could have been good, overall it's just fine. I applaud h+ studio, though, for making this freely available on YouTube. I hope the studio proceeds in further creations.
