    Synopsis:

    The story follows Marin and her sister Urin, seafolk who encounter a mysterious silver ring lost beneath the ocean. Driven by a desire to return the item to its owner, they journey to the surface world, despite warnings of a previous traveler who ventured there and vanished. Their quest leads them to Kanon Miyamori, a young woman who had discarded the ring after a heartbreak. However, their search for the ring’s history inadvertently triggers the release of Sedna, an ancient entity entombed within a forgotten coffin.

    This event draws in Matsumoto, a turtle elder who has been missing for years and reveals Marin's destiny as the Priestess of the Sea. The narrative unfolds as Marin and Kanon discover they are both connected to powerful spiritual roles – Priestess of the Sea and Priestess of the Sky respectively. Forced to confront their destinies, the two must learn to cooperate and harness their abilities to contain Sedna and safeguard both the underwater and terrestrial realms from impending darkness.
