Synopsis:
Years after a devastating earthquake reshaped the Kanto region, the resilient population established Hope Town – a sanctuary built on the promise of rebuilding. However, this fragile peace is shattered by the arrival of Hell's Wind, a ruthless motorcycle gang that terrorizes the community with violent raids and kidnappings.
