    Synopsis:

    Haruaki Abe seeks a fresh start at Hyakki Academy after a discouraging experience with traditional teaching. He soon discovers the academy’s student body is composed entirely of youkai, supernatural beings hidden in plain sight. As their new homeroom teacher, Abe's innate timidity makes him an easy target for the spirited and often mischievous students. However, his attempts to navigate this unusual environment lead to unexpected connections. The series explores themes of adaptation, overcoming personal fears, and finding common ground across vastly different worlds. It portrays a gradual shift from initial apprehension to a more harmonious existence as Abe learns to understand and engage with the youkai students, uncovering hidden depths in both them and himself along the way.
