    Synopsis:

    In a world where psychic abilities are both feared and exploited, Kyousuke Hyoubu navigates a precarious existence as a powerful ESPer on the run. Haunted by a past betrayal, he dedicates himself to protecting fellow ESPers from human oppression, operating outside the law with a determined resolve. He leads P.A.N.D.R.A., a collective formed to defend those vulnerable to prejudice and cruelty. The series explores themes of justice and compassion within a tense, often morally ambiguous landscape. Kyousuke’s methods are direct, frequently involving forceful intervention, raising questions about the cost of liberation and the blurred lines between protector and vigilante.
